Robert M. Russell, M.D., and Bess Dawson-Hughes, M.D.
Dr. Dawson-Hughes is a Professor of Medicine at Tufts University and Chief of the Calcium and Bone Metabolism Laboratory at the Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Osteoporosis Foundation, serves on the Councils of the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research and the International Bone and Mineral Society and has published over 195 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, abstracts and reviews. Dr. Dawson-Hughes reports no commercial conflict of interest. In the last three years, Dr. Russell has received grant/research support from BASF and Roche Vitamins. Dr. Russell has also served as a consultant for Whitehall Robbins-Quaker.
