Cyberounds® CME activities are provided by the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Albert Einstein College of Medicine has been awarded Accreditation with Commendation through July 31, 2021.

Disclosures

The "Conflict of Interest Disclosure Policy" of Albert Einstein College of Medicine requires that faculty participating in any CME activity disclose to the audience any relationship(s) with a pharmaceutical product, or device company. Any presenter whose disclosed relationships prove to create a conflict of interest with regard to their contribution to the activity will not be permitted to present.

Albert Einstein College of Medicine also requires that faculty participating in any CME activity disclose to the audience when discussing any unlabeled or investigational use of any commercial product or device not yet approved for use in the United States. Cyberounds® Editors:

Harry Levy, M.D. is the Executive Editor for Cyberounds®. A graduate of Columbia, Harry received his M.D. from NYU, his M.P.H. from Yale and is board certified in preventive medicine. He is also the author of medical thrillers — Chain of Custody published in 1998 by Random House and a forthcoming mystery about the judicial system. Harry Levy reports no commercial conflicts of interest.

Leslie Carr is the Editor in Chief of Cyberounds®. After graduating with Highest Honors in Aesthetic Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Leslie became a development editor for college texts at Random House and then an acquisitions editor at HarperCollins. Most recently she was Senior Editor in psychology at Simon & Schuster/Prentice Hall. Leslie Carr reports no commercial conflicts of interest.

All activities are planned and implemented in accordance with the Accreditation Requirements and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Albert Einstein College of Medicine and interMDnet Corporation. Albert Einstein College of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Cyberounds® is free. However, if you wish to participate in online CME, there is a $125 fee for 50 credits or a one-year membership, whichever comes first.

Participants who complete an activity and evaluation may download a summary of their credits by clicking on the "CME" button on the Cyberounds® homepage and then following the path to "My Certificates."
