Martin J. Carey, M.D., and L. Joseph Parker, M.D.

Before entering medical school, Dr. L. Joseph Parker served in the United States Marine Corps and then the US Air Force, where he was an ICBM Commander. Dr. Parker graduated from the Medical School at the Mayo Clinic in 1993 and is currently completing an Emergency Medicine Residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Drs. Parker and Carey report no commercial conflict of interest.
