Bethesda Criteria

  1. Individuals with cancer in families that fulfill Amsterdam Criteria.
  2. Individuals with two HNPCC-related cancers, including synchronous or metachronous (i.e., arising at a different time) CRCs or associated extracolonic cancers.
  3. Individuals with CRC and a first degree relative with CRC and/or HNPCC-related extracolonic cancer and/or colorectal adenoma; one of the cancers diagnosed at <45 y and the adenoma diagnosed at <40 y.
  4. Individuals with CRC or endometrial cancer diagnosed at <45 y.
  5. Individuals with right-sided CRC with undifferentiated pattern (solid/cribiform) on histopathology diagnosed at <45 y.
  6. Individuals with signet-ring-cell type CRC diagnosed at <45 y.
  7. Individuals with adenomas diagnosed at <40 y.
